SECURITY AND PRIVACY

An important part of our safety policy is handling it in a good way

with and respecting the privacy of children, parents and employees.

We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is the European

regulation that applies to all member states of the European Union. The GDPR is on May 25, 2016

entered into force and thus follows the Personal Data Protection Act. The GDPR

imposes requirements on the use of information that can be traced back to natural persons. to so

comply with the GDPR as much as possible and prevent the risk of misuse of data

We have drawn up a privacy statement that all parents are aware of. In here

describes in detail how Ons Ark handles the processing of data and

which data is processed by Ons Ark.

Measures we take to prevent the risk of misuse are:

Children's images or video footage will never be used without permission from

parents/guardians with outsiders, not even over the internet.

Permission is requested from the parents for this

consent form at intake.

When taking pictures, it is taken into account that children have at least one

wearing a shirt and underpants or a romper. No nudes or photos are ever put in

only underpants made and sent.

We do everything we can to prevent a gossip culture and address each other about this

when this happens anyway

We do not provide personal information to other parents or third parties without the

the person concerned has given permission for this or is really necessary.

THE DISPUTES COMMITTEE

Ons Ark has drawn up an internal complaints procedure in the context of the Childcare Act.

This regulation describes the procedure for handling and registering complaints from

parents. Parents/guardians should preferably first discuss a complaint with the direct

person concerned. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, a formal complaint can be made

be submitted.

Any costs associated with this for us.

Ons Ark is a member of the Disputes Committee.
